This is the premier of sauna towels, rustic and ready for years of use. Handwoven from 100% Swedish tow linen yarn, the MIDSUMMER Sauna Towel is highly textured, sturdy, and substantial, an enduring staple for sauna sessions and cold dips. Tow linen yarn is spun from the shorter flax fibres and its' characteristic slub makes for a wonderful artisanal towel.

100% Swedish tow linen yarn

Cotolin, linen and hemp towels can be machine washed on a handwash or delicate cycle in cool water with a mild soap. While you certainly can put the towels in a dryer, I try not to use a dryer since use of the high heat often used in dryers will decrease the life span of any item. You can just hang the towel up to dry and iron it with steam on the linen setting. For a much easier ironing experience with linen, try to catch the item while it is still damp and you will find it much easier to iron out the wrinkles.
