The wonderful Lunenburg Farmers' Market is every Thursday morning at the Lunenburg Rink.  

Across the LaHave River is the West Dublin Market on Saturdays (March-Dec.)

The Tall Ships are coming to Lunenburg Aug.10-12, 2017. Nova Scotia Tall Ships Schedule.

The Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival
is held in August 10-13, 2017 with an extensive line-up of singer/songwriters.

Lesley Armstrong was born on the South Shore, lived in Halifax for years, and has returned to the LaHave area to continue her weaving business, Armstrong Textiles. This summer Lesley has re-started her workshops, LaHave Weaving Studio, on the Lunenburg Foundry premises.
